You’ll learn the basics of Ayurveda, practical tips on how to run a yoga class, teaching tips, and tricks. They will give you the plan to start your own yoga class and implement all the learning.

The course includes basics of classical Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga primary series, Anatomy and physiology of yogic science, mantra chantings, the science of Breathing, shat kriyas, yoga philosophy, foundational text Patanjali yoga sutras, meditation, yoga Nidra and yoga teaching methodology.
You will follow the daily routine of a yogi, waking up at sunrise, with a fresh breakfast followed by lunch, and then dinner. Then you will have tea breaks and supper. This will give you a holistic yogi experience.

Arrival By Flight:
Fly to Trivandrum International Airport (TRV): 43 kilometers from venue. Taxi ride takes an hour, costing $30 USD
Arrival By Car:
Taxi transfers: Available on request from both airports.
Arrival By Train:
Train to Trivandrum or Paravur: From Trivandrum, take another train or a rickshaw to the hotel.

- A reservation requires a deposit of 35% of the total price.
