Our 5-day itinerary is designed to provide a comprehensive detox experience that rejuvenates your body from the inside out.
On Day 1, begin with an invigorating sauna session to kick-start the detox process, followed by a targeted cells activation treatment to jump-start your body’s regeneration.
Day 2 features a bioenergetic massage along the meridians to boost circulation and promote lymphatic drainage, along with another cells activation session to optimize your metabolism.
Day 3 combines a refreshing sauna session with another round of bioenergetic massage, deepening the detox and relaxation effects.
On Day 4, indulge in a complete juice detox, nourishing your system with nutrient-rich juices to further cleanse and revitalize. Finally,
Day 5 wraps up with one last sauna session and a Guasha vacuum massage, a unique treatment that enhances circulation, relieves tension, and maximizes your overall vitality.
Instructors
Meet Nena, an International Yoga Teacher with a rich and diverse training background. She completed her traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at a Yoga Alliance accredited school in India, and further honed her expertise with a prestigious scholarship from a renowned yoga school in Ubud, Bali. With her RYT500-hour certification and YACEP, Nena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Nena’s philosophy is simple: "Yoga is my Therapy! I love sharing my passion and love for practice with others."
