    Morning

    1. Yoga & Meditation Sessions (6:00 am - 8:00 am)
      Start your day with invigorating yoga practice combined with mindful meditation, helping you align body, mind, and spirit with the natural flow of the day.

    2. Healthy Breakfast (8:00 am - 9:00 am)
      Enjoy a wholesome, nutritious breakfast prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Both vegan and vegetarian options are available to support your practice.


    Afternoon

    1. Workshops/Lectures (10:00 am - 12:00 pm)
      Dive into workshops that cover the philosophical and practical aspects of yoga, from breathwork to posture alignment, and deepen your understanding of holistic wellness.

    2. Free Time (12:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
      This is your time to unwind and explore. You can indulge in an Ayurvedic treatment, take a walk along Querim Beach, relax by the pool, or simply reflect on your practice.

    3. Yoga/Meditation Sessions (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
      A calming evening yoga or meditation session to prepare you for a peaceful and reflective night, enhancing the benefits of your day’s practice.


    Evening

    1. Dinner (7:00 pm - 8:30 pm)
      End the day with a delicious dinner, focusing on balanced, clean eating to nourish both your body and mind. Vegan and vegetarian options are available.

    2. Evening Programs (8:30 pm - 10:00 pm)
      The evenings feature a range of activities, from calming meditation sessions to chanting or cultural events, providing a holistic closure to your day.

    What’s Not Included:

    • Airport Transfer: Airport pickup and drop-off (available at an additional cost).
    • Airfare: International or domestic flights to and from Goa.
    • Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as shopping, laundry services outside the included offering, and additional excursions.
    • Travel Insurance: Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
    • Additional Treatments: Ayurvedic therapies and massages (can be booked at the retreat for an additional charge).

    How to get there

    Arrival By Flight:

    The closest airport is Mopa International Airport (GOX), which is about an hour's drive from the retreat. We offer airport pick-up services at an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you require transportation. Alternatively, Dabolim Airport (GOI) is approximately 90 minutes away by car.

    Arrival By Car:

    The retreat is accessible by car, and parking is available on-site. Simply follow directions to Querim Beach, and the retreat is just a short 7-minute walk away.

    Arrival By Bus:

    There are regular buses to Arambol from various parts of Goa. From Arambol, you can take local transportation (taxis or autos) to reach the retreat.

    Arrival By Train:

    Taxis are available from Madgaon railway station to bring you to the retreat.

    Booking Policy

    • A reservation requires a deposit of 35% of the total price.
    • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
    • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
